A Space to Learn, Create and Connect
Inside the Hub
OWLI Africa Innovation Hub
The Hub is a 30-seater, technology-enabled learning, innovation, entrepreneurship and collaboration facility located in Lavington, Dagoretti North, Nairobi. It is designed as an inclusive and practical environment where youth, students, emerging entrepreneurs and underserved communities can access technology, develop relevant skills, explore ideas, receive mentorship and connect to opportunities for education, employment and enterprise development.
More than a conventional computer laboratory, the Hub provides an integrated platform that brings together digital learning, innovation, entrepreneurship, career development and collaborative work under one roof. Its purpose is to bridge the gap between access to technology and the practical skills, support systems and networks required to turn knowledge into meaningful opportunities.
The facility includes a Digital Skills Lab equipped to support computer literacy, digital skills, coding, artificial intelligence, data skills, digital marketing and other emerging technologies. The Innovation & Idea Lab provides space for ideation, design thinking, experimentation, prototyping and solution development, enabling users to identify challenges and develop practical responses to real-world needs.
