Ethical & Values-Based Leadership

The Leadership & Governance Programme at Owli Africa strengthens ethical, accountable, and inclusive leadership across community, organizational, and civic spaces. We equip current and emerging leaders with practical tools grounded in integrity, responsibility, and service, with a strong focus on ethical decision-making, leadership accountability, and values-driven public and organizational leadership.

The programme supports organizations and institutions to improve governance structures, policies, and performance while promoting informed and active citizenship through civic education and engagement. With intentional investment in women and youth as change agents, and through research, learning, and policy engagement—including the Development Ethics Toolkit—the programme contributes to stronger governance systems, inclusive participation, and people-centered development outcomes.
